He makes it super easy to understand for people with phones and internet. If all we have is local free wifi with a tablet, you can't buy xfinity pre paid if you don't have a Mobil phone. The only way for people to understand this problem is to forget that you have a Mobil phone then, turn off your computer and go cheap pawn shop tablet, then, find a local free wifi and see if xfinity does you any good at all. Don't cheat. Ha,ha.

You can create an ID by using computer as well. Just visit xfinity.com and creat a new account. In order to create a new account you need to have your account number.
