It's sad you didn't offer to help, BUT I had my granddaughter age 17 with me when we came upon a wreck. She's now 24, & it's stck with us. I do not find the Frameo user-friendly at all. Others have found it difficult to send me photos. It is clunky to have to provide new codes every 12 hours and the Frameo does not tell u when a new code is needed. The system has many faults and I have almost given up on it.

Two things one put the gateway close to window facing the tower preferably at 2nd floor placement is important see if u get 4/5bars move it around . Second disable wifi on gateway use ur own router. I am getting 300-500 down with no issues with 30 devices connected
