I plug in my USB drive to my computer which pops up and clearly has the "IMAGES" folder on it which clearly contains the one photo I want to use, but my PS4 says there is no files on the USB... keep in mind the IMAGES folder is literally the only folder on the drive. Any solutions?

yer mb if im abit late but it has to be a jpg file urs is probably a html or something you have to go into a website and download it off there and make sure its a jpg file not a chrome one and it will work
