How to change your ET-15000 to thick paper to avoid roller lines

Ma’m, I have been struggling with this issue for a LONGGGGG TIME!!! No one in any of my groups who do sublimation were able to help!! I changed the settings and mine is still doing the same thing 😩😩 I’ve called Epson and they just made me do maintenance, clean the rollers with a cotton swab.

Did this help or is it still doing it. Sometimes you have to change the paper orientation as well

I do this, but then my paper jams. Everytime. I just got this printer, and my so deflated right now.
