Thanks again for another tutorial. When I swapped over to an IMS tank. I had an issue with my fuel pump I've had to replace it already. So be extra careful

Oh no. What happened? The pump itself is pretty robust.

@@JohnTYoung thanks John. I live in a small town without a true welding supply shop. Sooo when you don’t plan and run out of Argon and it takes a week to get more, it really sucks! Got it today, tomorrow is practicing the joints. Hopefully be able to move on by the middle of next week. And I have customer bikes to finish too. Is that enough lame excuses or should I do more?

If you run synthetic you should almost never have to change it. Just top it off now and then.

You didn't change any O-rings? I bought the expensive Honda 06160-MKE-A00 kit and it includes 2 small O-rings and the rubber boot for the pump and the large O-ring on the outside and the strange looking ring on the outside. Did you find a cheap way to get the filter without the rubber stuff? again - thanks for the video. 👍

How to Change the Valve Stem Cores: "First let's get the tank off." Because most maintenance tasks with this model seem to require removal of the tank.

Why not an old fashioned in line fuel filter outside the tank????

It's mated to the fuel pickup for the fuel pump, which all sits inside the tank.
