One month ago I just got the same idea you started almost one year ago and on my research I found your videos telling me to do exactly what I was thinking to do, the only thing is that I violated the first damn rule and got the gear first (Insta360 OneX, the stick and an iPad, the website and stuff). The business plan I developed is to charge the monthly fee since the begging so any client couldn’t say no and the fee it’s super cheap but my strategy it’s to have lot of volume. This video it’s telling me that I’m on the right way. Here where I live there’s just ONE company doing this in the whole STATE, imagine that. This weekend it’s my first virtual tour. I’m gonna update how this strategy goes.

I don’t understand, why are client not able to copy and paste the link on their own website? When you charge a hosting fee, what are you doing for them each month?

I get what you're saying but I live in a smaller town with 50k pop. Most businesses here are small and when they look at saving money it'd the monthly bottom line stuff that they are looking for. I don't think many are gonna pay $40 a month. They'd be looking at 10 or less I think.

I’m confused about what you offer with the hosting fee? What exactly do the customers get by paying this monthly cost?
@virtualtourprofit5 жыл бұрын
hey dude. They get to keep their tour hosted online. And you can edit it and update it as they need. Server hosting is not free. If you use a private platform like CloudPano.com you have control of the user experience. In this case, your client pays for the hosting cost.

They would get the tour to be on the internet for as long as they pay the fee. But, study your competition too. Are they charging hosting fees? If so, you are good to go. If not, then be ready to explain why you are charging them to host. The way to find this out is to just ask your prospect.
@SupaaManix4 жыл бұрын
Do you give your clients 2 options: #1 pay hosting fees #2 if they do not want, pay a delivery fee for the files? Because they already have/pay for a hosting service for their website. What do you think?

There is a ton of advantages. The viewer experience is 10x better on CloudPano.com. You can capture leads. And customize the entire experience while you keep control. Also you can charge a separate fee for both!
