Thanks for watching vdo's Badrinarayana below are the answers. 1 - Bajaj Chetak EV weight is 118 kg 2 - We have not experienced rain yet but soon as monsoon is coming we will shoot a vdo and post our experience about drives in rainy days. 3 - Sadly no you can not carry gas cylinder on the front foot space. 4 - Regarding storage space below the seat, half helmet can be accommodated so you can imagine how it would, for my experience its a good space. 5 - Yes there only 2 models, first is urban and second is premium, there are only 2 major differences in both models, urban does not have front disk brake and does not come with leather seat cover, these both features are given in premium model. and color options are limited in urban model. it is good to know you have decided to go ahead with EV. if you have any further question we will be happy to answer those.

Thanks a lot for your feedback about video, Battery warranty is 5 years so owner of the Chetak is worry less till 5 years and as per the staff from Bajaj battery will last upto 7 to 8 years and after that it might need replacement, at this moment battery cost is not released but I am sure after 7-8 years the cost will be quite less as till then the EV market will grow.

For people living in apartments , removable battery is good. Bajaj company should do something like removable batteries, definitely the sales of removable battery scooters will improve. l

It's a good suggestion, but removable battery is not convinient for girls or lady users thats why bajaj has given it fix battery as its very easy to charge just plug and charge same like mobile. If staying apartment then one can call electrician and make a 5amp Charing socket near scooter parking its easy.

Yes charging direct socket se jodna ekdam safe hai koi issue nahi hai. Yes jo setup dikhaya hai wo purchase karna padta hai, aur jinke yaha parking me socket nahi hai available wo log socket banake use kar sakte hai, jo setup hai wo bhi laga sakte hai usme sirf ek fayda hai ki usko lock ata hai so dusra koi wo setup ka socket use nahi kar sakta rest baki koi farak nahi hai.

Thanks for watching below are the answers of all your questions. Yes you can use it in village area without any issue. yes it is very sturdy so you can ride it on worst roads. you can use it during rainy season as well, and it has more torque than conventional scooters so it can be driven in muddy area however if there is more mud due to small tyre size it might get stuck. Front space is quite big but I don't think it can fit cooking cylinder. Bajaj Chetak would be comfortable to carry the weight of two average weight people, so in short load carrying capacity is around up to 150 to 170 KG. The ground clearance of Bajaj Chetak is around 145mm. which is enough.

Yes its an optional, its called Home charging station, the cost of the home charging station is 10000, its not included in the cost, initially Bajaj has given it free to few users but later they stopped giving it for free. only major use of this charging station is you can see the electricity consumption and it has a lock so no one else can use it while you are away other wise Bajaj Chetak can be charged by plugging into a regular 5-ampere home power outlet which we can make it our parking area.

Nahi iske battery ko fully charge karnese battery ke life pe kuch asar nahi padta kyuki ye lithium ion battery hai to isko aap full karo ya 80-90 karo aur kitni bhi bar karo iski life pe kuch asar nahi hota, ulta agar isko aap bar bar charge karoge to battery ka life badhta hai. Chetak ka display Sun light gadi chalane wale ko aachese dikhta hai koi dikkat nahi aati... Rainy day me use karne se motor ya battery pe kuch asar nahi hota kyuki bahot safe hai iska pura mechanism, aur pani me gadi 1 se .1.5 feet tak bhi pani me gai to kuch problem nahi hai. hope aapko sare swale ke jawab mil gaye..

Over night karne me koi problem nahi hai kyuki ekbar 100% charge hone ke bad apne aap cutoff ho jata hai... but mai advice karunga din me charge kare aur hardly 3 ghante me pura charge hojata hai kyuki hum kabhi bhi 20 se 30 % ke pas aai to charge karte hai....

I have purchased New Chetak e-scooter on 25th January 2023 from Sai service, Wakdewadi, Pune, its working good and gives me 116km range in one charge which was preety good, but from yesterday I have facing battery charging issues.. when I switched ON the power one yellow triangle ⚠️ sign indicating on display cluster and It's does not charge the battery anymore. Plz share any solution if you have bro or i will go to service centre by today.

Bajaj Provides smart charging unit along with Chetak which takes care of the stability of electricity so nothing to worry about however that charging unit is not free it has a separate cost.

You are most welcome. Battery charging from 0 to 100 do cost rs 22. battery cost currently is 40-45000 rs and after 4-5 years it will reduce may be it will be 20-25000 rs.

Agar aap gadi roj thoda chalate ho to battery discharge nahi hogi par agar aap gadi 10-12 days nahi use karoge to 4-5% discharge hogi ok.
