What’s insane is I’ve learned way more about business from watching this guys KZbin channel than any class I’ve taken so far in college. I’m about to be a fucking senior now mind you. And I’m in the correct business program that’s supposed to teach us about online marketing.

Can't be learning from the poors, brother (your professors who make $42k/yr before tax)

One thing to consider is leveraging case studies in your sales process; they can significantly boost trust and perceived value, making it easier to justify higher prices and longer commitments.

Hey it's me again, commented on your "Building a 100k/mo business" - Did what you said in there and just signed my first client for that Google management service - got at least a meeting a day for next week, still firing 450 mails a day. Thanks man

Just discovered your content, loving it so far! One question tho. Cold email currently needs to be done without links for best deliverability. So how do you prospects know you're an authority if you don't link anything to your content or profile? Before I would link my profiles and VSL in the first email without issue but that's not how it works anymore.

Sup Daniel, I'm in kind of a weird niche.. I serve large goverment contracting companies, I have a unique set of high value skills, but I usually have to trade time for money (like a high $ per hour) and I'm not sure how I can actually scale this.. other than becoming a staffing firm and placing bodies on contracts.. Any ideas? And/or do you have a paid service where I could pick your brain for like an hour to see how I could morph this into charging more money and signing more clients ?

There needs to be a distinction for point #2 I would rather pick an agency that specializes in 1 area and crushes that niche than pick an agency that gets mediocre results everywhere and is jack of all trades.

I have a question about the Agency 1 & 2 example from minute 5. If a agency is more niched, shouldn't it charge more?

What I explained has nothing to do with a niche. It’s just doing more stuff for the same niche

Thanks for the great KZbin video! Could you create a video on what steps you would take if you lost everything and had just 30 days to earn a minimum of $5K to pay your bills? Assume you have the same skills you had when you first started, a laptop, and $100 to spend.

Quick question, how would you position a web design agency? I love the one you came up with for short videos "30 shorts a month for 2h of your time" - so far the offer i have is * unlimited desings a month for xyz amount

Agency Owner #2 point was spot on. The value proposition is higher, and the retainer rate will be higher, too. However, wouldn't you need a sh*t load of testimonials to back up your claims of providing 6-8 services in one offer?
@danielfazio
@danielfazio 6 ай бұрын
Those aren't claims - they're bonuses. Claims would be promising a higher end result, which you're not

But a lot of small business owners are broke, even those with high profit margins. Should you transition to something like ecom or have a better offer with revshare so you can have higher upside? Luv u bro
@danielfazio
@danielfazio 6 ай бұрын
Don’t work with small businesses. Ecom doesn’t automatically mean big business. Just approach larger businesses regardless of the niche
