Did not work for me!! In Lists iPhone Contacts still says 0. Help! I don't use Google on my phone so there are no contacts there.

I’m sorry it didn’t work for you, Dee! If your iPhone Contacts list still shows 0, try checking your iCloud settings to ensure contacts are synced there.

Didn’t help me, either. The person I deleted still comes up in autofill after I type a few letters in the “To:” field of a new text message. I want to text Kati. iPhone autofills with Katie’s contact info (which I deleted) instead of Kati’s info.

Autofill can be tricky, especially with similar names. Even if a contact is deleted, sometimes their info can still linger in the autofill suggestions. A couple of things you could try are restarting your phone or clearing out old conversations. If that doesn’t work, you might need to reset your network settings to refresh everything. Let me know if you need help with those steps! 😊

Yea, kind of work but If you are using google contacts, to retrieve the contact, just click on the 3lines by the right hand side of your screen and click on trash to recover the contacts. This works if it’s less than 30 days you deleted the contacts
