They started to fake the serial number too! They clone the serial number from real ones! It’s not valid anymore. Now the only way is to go on App Store! The worst fake is the Samsung as they also have android so if you are not an expert you cannot understand which is fake. Apple It’s easy as they do not use android

Fake won't have iOS software as they long on Android software and it's normal for warranty to expire as its been 3 years already. As long as you can sign in to iCloud account.
