My laptop came two days earlier from listed then I was outside of my home, they called me and said your order is on the way of delivery please come and take your package, otherwise they will cancel the order then I send my dad there to receive the order and said to check the things, they gave the laptop and within 1 min asked for OTP and my father gave them OTP which has been received in his phone (My father's mobile number was as main and mine was as a alternate number) and the delevery was done! After I returned back to my home I noticed he gave me wrong laptop which price is 10k lesser than it.I complaint flipkart and process is going on still...

I bought a 1.3 lakh Acer predator new(i9 13th+4060) from Flipkart. Delivered yesterday. Got it for 1.15L after all offers. I was just checking if I did Open box delivery correct or not, as delivery boy said only physical damage can be checked, and not if the laptop is functioning properly. And he turned out to be correct. Laptop is extremely good. I was worried about thermals mostly. But, when I did stress test, it never went above 80 degree. Totally impressed with the performance and cooling system. Excellent laptop. Its, i5+4050 is also available at around 80k after offers. I would totally recommend both varients.

And best surprise was that the laptop was manufactured just 29 days ago! Written near the serial number of laptop itself. Since this is last years flagship model, I thought it would be old stock, but no, got new one. The advantage here is that, companies will rectify common issues faced by early customers in their factory for later batches. So, getting a recent made model of a one year old laptop makes it near perfect. Main reason I went for last years model was because intel's 13th and 14th gen processor are the exact same for i9 and i5. They just changed its marketing name to sell as new model. The i7 14th gen is also same as 13th gen, but it is a varient below i9 13th gen. Basically they added 4 cores here.

Recieve hi nahi karna chahiye tha agar open box delivery nahi kiya. Otp kyu diya? Abhi sirf service center mein jaa ke warranty karo agar laptop mein technical problem hai, ya fir sahi se kaam nahi kar raha, ya fir flipkart pe return daalo agar internal specifications alag hai. Sirf color ke liye return nahi hoga ab. Otp nahi dena tha.
