8:17 good point on looking at generation. Different generations have different quirks so you have to keep in mind what suits your needs. For instance intel 10th generation saw a core count reduction almost across the board. 9th I5 for example had 6 cores but 10th gen i5 had 4 and so on. This resulted in worse multi core performance but since the IPC (Instructions per clock) of 10th gen was higher, the boost to Single core performance was significant.

3:24 no that is wrong. Display hertz doesn't matter if the performance of the system is unable to provide sufficient fps to accommodate that. Then there's also response time which should be less 3 ms. A lot of cheap higher refresh rate monitors and laptops tend to have around 9-13 ms response time which is really bad. If you play competitive games (where higher refresh rate shines) having higher response time will be felt and you will notice the delay between a button press and action being performed in game. If we're talking minimum specs for gaming, 60 herts is still better because of that. Most laptops on budget can't do more than 60 fps consistency anyway. If we remove budget constraints, only then it is worth to go for higher refresh.

7:43 take note it that NVME at it's best, the very expensive ones cannot give that much higher performance than Sata based alternatives yet. The m.2 socket can't give that much for sure but PCIE gen 4 speeds definitely can but those are still in RnD phase so realistically not possible as of right now. Between a good Sata SSD and a comparably priced NVME SSD, the performance difference will be negligible. A high quality NVME will give you significantly higher performance than its alternative in Sata but the keyword is significantly higher performance and not massively better performance.

9:37 this is again wrong. Cuda cores count do not matter as it is just an Nvidia specific term and each generation of their GPUs have different capabilities per cuda core. And it completely undermines AMD's GPUs. Take the comparison of Nvidia 1080ti (3584 cuda cores) vs AMD Rx 6800 (60 CU). CU (compute unit) is AMD's variant of a core but is very different from Nvidia's. The 6800 will outperform the 1080ti in just about every game and productivity task. This is because generation to generation the processing capabilities of each core changes. Sometimes it's worse performance per core but the gpu has more cores. Other times, it's more performance per core but gpu has fewer cores. This is also the reason you cannot measure performance between different generations based on Tflops, core count, Mhz/GHZ, etc.

Lenovo ThinkPad Editing ka lia workstation at last 4 GB gpu ho or wo bhe. DDR 5 ka ho Nvidea ka hona chia. Check it should have cuda core with Decoding and encoding

I strongly recomend Designers and Developers if there budget is 190k to 210k then go with used 2019 MackBook Pro i9 (8 Core Processor), 16GB, 1TB, 4GB AMD 5500M. It's 4 years old but still a lot better then new available laptops in he market. Don't buy one with Butterfly keyboard mechanism. That was a big flop.
