24 slot 3 HP single phase motor(with 2 capacitor): Resistance of Starting coil is 2.4 ohm and Running wind is 1 ohm, Is it OK? Motor start with full speed but after about 10 seconds (probably when centrifugal switch trip) run very slowly, Should I change Run capacitor or rewind the motor? Also draw about 30 ampere initially then Ammeter indicator vibrate from 1 amp to 10 amp. Note: It is repaired after much overheating. Reply Please
