Just perform matching techniques & forget whatever the value of Capacitor is!

Yes It is very common question, but never or unsatisfactory replied by the so called local Engrs. in the field. Use of 6.8uF vs 4.7uF capacitor actually matters specially on low voltage operation. The driver with 6.8uF capacitor will maintain bulb's light intensity at comparatively lower voltage whereas the light of bulb with other will decrease.
