I feel so sorry for the poor workers. There is no protection against work accidents. They don't even use glasses when using the drill. Gloves are out of the question. After all, they used the clothes from home, they even had "those good jeans" for the day of filming. Probably many workers get injured in these factories.

Damn, that's some real agricultural manufacturing, no safety, no final assembly of the units, just parts in a box. The LEDs are reflowed by putting the PCB on a hotplate instead of a reflow oven, if this is the state of manufacturing in India, they are a long, long way behind China.

I get amazed by comment from illiterate people like you. This is one local manufacturer based on which you have accessed the state of manufacturing of all companies in India. This manufacturer may not make everything up to specification and quality, but they are sure cheap. If you want a quality product and are willing to pay the price, you can buy Bajaj, Crompton, Havells, GM Modular, Wipro and other products from major manufacturers in India and there's no dearth of them in India, they will be only marginally more expensive and much more robust. Get yourself a good perspective before announcing to the world of your stupidity and making a fool of yourself on a public platform.

Cheap product, but looks like they are put together well. Does the U shaped mounting bracket just bounce around inside the shipping box without any padding? Seems like the product and the bracket are going to get all scratched up during shipping and handling. Oh well, who cares....

@@Mikhailusfuck правильно что на горячую проверяют пайку и ток для проверки минимальный, лучше сразу скорректировать положение светодиодов при пайке и убедиться что паяльная паста полностью расплавилась чем потом повторно греть всю плату

Потому что выжимают последние соки из светодиодов. От этого ещё эффективность сильно страдает. Лучше взять меньше мощностью, но более эффективный. Хороший 30вт и поганый 50вт запросто могут иметь одинаковую яркость. Это при честной мощности, с ней тоже наврать могут.

I was thinking the same thing! If you have to strip a machine away to shave costs, a company can actually be much, much more nimble because, while people require pay and benefits (I do not want to think of little that might be), time off, etc., they have the most remarkable, nimble, easy to retrain and retool with the skill an automaton does not come close to emulating. People will always have a part of almost any industry we can imagine because of the skills will possess or can be trained to possess. Better people are always the secret ingredient. History backs me up.

I'm sure the workers there gain a few pounds of heavy metals each year. I don't think it is fair, however, to judge a third world country such as an immense country such as India. What does all this mean in the finale, the end? Ish. How much of our lives is all busy work, and to question its worth is to call for enchantment’s demise. I suggest an entertaining fruit of God's blessings that all that we have is ours to use for that is why they are here for us. And, yes, for some, a well-prepared martini might be in order, others would welcome cool water with a twist of citrus. For me, it shall be a big hooter, a comfy chair...and turn on my low wattage LED lamp. All of our problems, injustices will be waiting for us all in the morning. Celebrate the sun that is rising, we are here to enjoy it; the world managed to not blow up as we slept. If you are hindered, as I am, by not being able to change the world in my lifetime times tens of tens of years and more? I can change anything within my power. You have that same power. I'm a very lazy man to my utter shame. I try to pay for that fault by helping a little bit here and a little bit there. I hope to salve my shame in that way. May I suggest that my poor example of work motivates others to do so much more than I could have ever imagine.

Считают, что в IP65 и так сойдёт и окисляться не будет 😁. Китаёзы почти также делают, только для вида сверху колпачок с втулкой обжимкой. Колпачок этот снимается в 80-90% случаев если за него просто потянуть. И не только в светильниках, а и в сушилках для рук или обогревателях, где 1,5-2 кВт мощности...
