How to check the Suzuki Shogun 110, 125 RR ignition cable lines from the road spool, Kiorok, and CDI. The steps we have to check on the road spool are: 1. The white wire with the red line is: as a charging line from the spool directly to the kiprok on the top right and make sure there is current. 2. The yellow wire, the white line, is part of the light path directly into the bottom left kiprok socket pin and make sure there is current. And it has nothing to do with the ignition line. 3. The blue wire, the yellow line, is the pulser line, make sure there is current and it reaches the CDI socket pin. The kiprok path is as follows: 1. The white wire, the red line on the top right, is the charging current from the spool, make sure there is current. 2. The black and white wire is as a mass line or ground, make sure it is attached to the motor body or frame. 3. the yellow wire, the white line, is the path of the light from the spool to the kiprok on the bottom left, make sure there is current. And it has nothing to do with the ignition line. 4. the red cable is the output line from the kiprok under the right, make sure there is current going to the battery plus. The CDI cable path is as follows: 1. The blue wire, the yellow line, acts as a positive pulser path from below, make sure there is current and it reaches the CDI socket pin. 2. The black and white line is the mass line or the ground for the kiprok. And make sure it's attached or attached to the motor body or frame. 3. green cable as the tps sensor path to the carburetor. 4. the orange cable is the current from the battery plus or kiprok after the contact is on and make sure there is current. 5. The white wire, the blue line, is the output line or current from the CDI, which goes to the coil and make sure there is current. If there is no current, then the CDI is dead. And for the line in the coil section, make sure the black and white wire in the coil is attached to the body or motor frame.
