In September of 2013.,i was getting ready to drive from Vancuver,B.C. Canada,to San Francisco.One way to San Francisco from Vancouver is around 1 600 km. My Corolla had around 110 000 km.I wanted to replace coolant,thermostat and hoses.I could not find thermostat,so I went on You tube and thank god,i found your channel. than I discover yhat my serpentine belt was little cracked,so I replaced that too.(Cost me no more than 30$ and I felt safer) Yhank you!

I loved this engine had it in a 99 Corolla peak torque was set at 6000rpm raised from 5100 rpm on earlier different shape Corolla .Used to change the oil every 3-4 k .Car was easily as fast or faster than other larger capacity engines. One of the best engines I ever had in a car.

I'm 70 years old. I think I love you. LOL. I think I need to get the timing belt replaced on my 93 Corolla 1.8 7A-FE. Do you plan to come to Hawaii any time soon? : ) Since I have to replace the timing belt (I think), I may as well replace the power steering pump, the water pump and (of course) the serpentine belt at the same time. Yes? (I bought the car for $900 in 2013. It had about 100,000 miles on it.) Can you give me any idea of an average LABOR cost to do them all at once? My heart beats for you. My friend and I got a 2001 corolla to put the engine it a 2004 corolla and just saying the 2001 and 2002 corolla are different than the one in this video just so u know vvti was introduced in 2000 so the corollas before 2000 are different than the one in the video you should change the tittle.

Peter Finn yes sir and i rotated just like u did in other video i have the same car as shown in the video then i removed the bolt on the fuel injectors ang gas came out strong but no spark i replaced the wires and distributor cap but not spark

Ok, then you need to replace ignition coil ! I had same issue ! :-)
