This helps on reading the gage. And i know i want 50 thousands min and Preferably & 100thousands max of peak valve lift. For installed Height. Yet im still Confused. I think my mom dropped me when I was a baby.

I think the retainer is suppose to set in the relief at the top of the gauge???

@@MrHowlor5 yes, the micrometer has a big hole on top so different retainers will fit. That may be why it looks a little offset.
