I have got constituency in weighing myself it always goes up very time more so in lockdown 55lbs in 6 months

I was weighing like 86 to 86.5 and I decided to make a test and start eating around 3000 to 4000 cal a day mostly junk food. I weigh myself now at 85.35 ... I cannot understand. Maybe 86s wasn't my true weight ? Can someone explain this.

I do what your saying but I don't care about weighing with clothes on I've always weighed first thing in the morning after going pee before drinking anything etc, but my scale sometimes I get different readings all in a row like 5 times in a row but it'll all be within 0.2-1 lb difference, I've had this problem with many brands of digital scales I've tried so many and I weigh on a hard surface. Now I just go by my very first weight because it's so stressful getting so many different readings and it's all within a lb of each other anyways, but I did wish it was more accurate and would give the same reading each time. When my dad and brothers weigh themselves it does the exact same thing and we are all completely different weights, I'm tired of wasting money trying different digital scales and the same thing happens, when I go to the doctors I weigh myself before leaving and it's the same weight at the doctor's without my shoes on there so I know even with the slight 1 lb difference my scale gives it must be pretty accurate as my doctor's scale is a digital one too but it's a more expensive one they use there with a meter option too. Scales are frustrating when you just want a 100% accurate reading, it does matter for ppl like me who are on a weight-loss journey the slight 1 lb difference matters. Also because I've always weighed with clothes I don't subtract that I only take off a heavy sweater if I'm wearing one but I don't bother with the stripping down naked thing, for me what matters is the weight I'm getting first thing after going pee before drinking anything and the 5-6 different readings I'll get in a row are really annoying, so yeah just go by the first reading now, not buying another scale again sooo expensive.

My weight keeps going down everyday I don’t know if it is muscle mass or water weight or fat I’m just trying to keep my weight the same but it goes down everyday and according to the scale Im losing 1 Ib of water weight or muscle mass

I believe that the reason is because he was asking for advice on how to show the movement and someone might have suggested that he link his older videos at the end of short ones so that people who are new can find his life story easier and therefore giving them hype for self improvement.
