Here's a quote from a tax accountant: "Americans living abroad can also be subject to double taxation if they owe taxes to both the US and their country of residence." This gets even funnier considering that cyrilic, a slavic alphabet, was invented by priests from the Byzantine empire. It's named after st. Cyril (later st. Konstantin), who was invited to Great Moravia with his brother st. Methodus to create an alphabet for the slavs so they (especially their peasants) could read and understand the Bible.
