I think it’s very good I prescribe it a lot. It needs to be slowly increased in concentration and needs to be used on the right candidate.

@@Drsomjiskin thank you so much, I’m going through perimenopause and my dermatology diagnosed me with adult acne. My bumps are not noticeable unless I’m looking close in the mirror to others it’s noticeable at all. Well, I stopped tretinoin because it made my skin worse. I now use adapalene 0.3%. What’s your thoughts on this one? Thanks so much for your response
