Can you explain paganism? I always associated it with worshipping the devil so I never wanted to be associated with that term

Paganism is a term for polytheistic religions outside of Abrahamic system. The devil is a collective shadow of things the western Christian world rejects/ represses like the chthonic, sexuality, and feminine spirituality. The devil a political device not a real animated entity. So no reason to fear it. It doesn’t talk or exercise any will beyond what you believe it does. It’s a device created by Christianity to demonize alternative forms of spirituality. It’s nothing more than a power grab.
