Tarot can be the best for this in my opinion, beyond any other system of cartomancy (though some archetype oracles come pretty close and can pair very nicely with the Tarot). I also use Tarot alongside my study of my own South Node and Pluto, both very relevant for shadow work in my opinion. Saturn also helps, though that is often not particularly hidden, at least not for me.
