Hi Danny, see my point is. In China all parts are made in China. Compared with india we will export key parts from China only. Anyway they will tell you it is made in India. But it is not 100% true. If we import from China the import duty and cease tax is high. And also the margin they put in each raw product is also high. This is also a reason.

Hi Danny bro there are multiple criteria cheap labour in china,and they have big pockets where they initially sell it for loss and built a brand name like OnePlus for example and they use cheap and second grade raw material like plastic, Circuit boards etc, and they are the market rulers of pcb and other components so it depends on various criteria for the low price of china inverters

Here in India we don't have facility for manufacturing so we are importing from china spares and assembly only done here... China is far far superior now they have quality based on given amount And many products are whitelabled they will do all things and stick our brand name and give, we can directly sell that without even opening the box, so only we have diffence in price... And also we have gst applied to finished product... So it is not "made in india" it should be "assembled and serviced in india" is the right term... Even waree is a assembling company they have raised money from share market to start cell manufacturing... Premier energy is only company producing cells but in small scale

Hi Danny, please make a video on solar earthing and lightening arrester...recently my relative had a 5kwa installed by a reputed installer but he connected lightening arrester with a 4sq ac wire and for pannel earthing, he connected only 1 panel that too in a different hole (not meant for earthing) Also talk about grid over voltage error showing up on inverters ( we have this problem every sunday and ouput is only 10 %)

Danny In India manufacturing is very very pover. You say in every video "made in india" but how much % of that inverter is actually made in india? I recently talked with a person from evolve solar he siad that the are importing all the components and assembling them in India because there is less inport duties of importing parts than to import entire inverter. So what i am trying to say is in india the manufacturing is very very small at most only 20% of the internals are made in india the semiconductors required are imported the PWM controller are brought from china and almost all essentials as well Raw material cost is 25% to 30% of the sale price so the raw material cost alone do not justify the price difference UNLESS India improvers its domestic production for manufacturing core components we will be relying on other countries
