I am a goalkeeper and my team where winnining 1-0 in the last minute and I gave away a pen I got a yellow card and felt like a fool I thought I was after costing my team a win but I saved the pen and the rebound smacked me right in the nose and went out for cornnor the ref blew his whistle and we won but it turned out I broke my nose on the rebound still worth it for the win and had to wear one of those maskes for the rest of the season💯🤘🏼💙🇮🇪

I've been playing goalie since i was 5 because the team didn't have a goalie and the coach (my dad) put me in goal because no one wanted to. I remember that i was so bad that i was happy to only concede 5 goals a match. Even though i was bad, i continued to play as goalie. It only took a few years to get the hang of it, thanks to all the training. I have now gone through 9 years of hard work, dedication, and many sacrifices, and I've become a much better keeper and hope to continue getting better, improving my technique, etc. The only time i haven't played as goalie was when i fractured my 3rd metacarpal (bone in hand) by landing wrong on my hand after i dove and saved a penalty. That was 2 months ago and now I'm back training to be better than ever. I've been criticized my whole life for being overweight and i have many doubters but i hope to one day prove everyone who doubted me wrong.

As a kid I was fat so I was always the one who had to be goalie and I didn't like it because I sucked but with time I got better at it but I was still fat and forced to be goalie they wouldn't let me play as forward because I wasn't fast enough but I got used to playing as a goalie and my first pair of gloves were a pair of nikes and on my first game I stopped a penalty and ever since I've been playing goalie and I enjoy it now.

Really happy to see that umbro returned with the neoprene body on the neo pro shotgun. I remember that I had the ones hart wore a few years back and I loved them because of the light feel of the neoprene. Last years model didn't ace the neoprene so I'm glad they brought back.

My friend is a goalkeeper who's first pair of gloves ripped to shreds throughout this season. As it is the off season he has no use for them now but when his birthday comes around i would love to give him a really good pair to help him with his game and also to save him the burden. My field gloves are down to their last legs, I'd love a pair of Umbro gloves to replace my current HOs. They've served me well, but they just never cut it and now I am left with reduced grip, less protection, weak wrist closure and almost no latex. I have sondico gloves that do the job but the fingersave feature that they have are extremely stiff and uncomfortable, they also arent very durable as the latex foam comes off very easily when you play on ag pitches and I think the umbro gloves would last a lot longer and would up my game if I won them. Thanks guys.

Uhisport: I'm not here to beg in my knees for gloves. I was originally a centre back but I was moved to goalie when ours got injured. It didn't work out good for the first 4 months as I clearly remember how I let in 10 goals in one match. Then I got help from friends by training outside of my daily routine and now I've grown in wisdom and height, an attribute I struggled with. Now I have Adidas Ace yellow ones that are a yr old and it's tearing everywhere. I really can't get new ones now. So if you can, consider me. John

You really need to guide the goalkeeper in the decision making process. Everyone wants the best but may have budget restrictions. There is a glove for everyone based on budget; size, game vs practice; finger protection or not; technical proficiency etc. Happy to help you on you next video

most underrated and important position on the pitch. If you make a mistake it's a goal your team goes down. We keepers don't get much recognition when we make match winning saves. People only remembers your mistakes and the strikers' goal. Hardest position to play in my opinion.

I have two pairs of gloves, a cheap pair with finger protect for practice but I think they have worse grip than ones without finger protect so I uses gloves without finger protect for games. And because I only wear my good pair of gloves at games they last longer.
