i would recommend the same colour for panel and cobs-either all white or all warm white as these are your main task lights. you can balance these with warm yellow led strip lights for ambience.

You missed COB, cove and profile lights. Also how to calculate number of lights in a particular area.

Honestly there are so many light forms, hard to fit everything in one video, I will create another video with cover, profile lights etc too.

To calculate number of lights, let me give you an example , calculate your bedroom area by multiplying the length x width so for a 10' x 10' room, it's about 1000 sqft. Now multiply it by 20 , giving you 2000 lumens. Behind every light you buy, lumens qty is mentioned, so to cover 2000 lumens, you'll need 4 lights of 500 lumens. for bedrooms- multiply by 20 for living rooms- multiply by 30 for kitchens - multiply by 40
