Maine Loreal Paris Professional Absolute Shampoo use kiya, for about 2-3 months and here are few things I observed: 1. Yeh shampoo achha kaam karta hai, lekin tab jab shampoo ke baad conditioner lagaye 2. Mere paas kuchh pehle ke bache conditioners the and i tried them ek ek karke and my observations were: a) Loreal ka hyaluronic acid (purple wala) and total repair 5 (white and red) ke conditioners mere baal ko bohot dry kar deta tha, didnt go well b) Tresemme ka conditioners did not suit me as well c) dove (blue wala) ka conditioner was very good with this shampoo, like too good. It easily lasted a week, straight hair, less to no hairfall, no dryness ya frizz 3. Mask once in 2 weeks lagana chahiye, not every week. But yahan, I felt ki mask ka koi kaam nahi hai kyunki conditioner aur mask ka purpose almost same hai. Mask na bhi lagao to chalega lekin conditioner must hai. (edit: Maine sirf no conditioner but mask lagakar dekha to baal dry and frizzy ho gaye, lekin conditioner baal ko protect karne ke saath hi uska moisture bhi lock in karta hai so conditioner is a must) 4. Mere liye yeh sab tab hi kaam karta hai jab main a) oil lagati hoon when my hair is still wet (i have long hair, so maybe 1- 1.5 hours after shampoo) so that mere baal dry na ho jaye, aur b) hair serum baal mein lagaun when hair is between damp and air dry, ya shaam mein hair serum (loreal ka smooth intesnse- argan oil wala) lagati hoon which saves my hair from frizz 5. Agar shampoo ke kuchh ghante pehle ya ek raat pehle (which is better) oiling na karo to yeh saare results jyada din tak kaam nahi karte hain, kyunki the chemicals dry, the hair, aur unhe nourishment and moisture nahi milta Everythings is based on experiment and personal experience, hope aake kaam aaye😊 Edit: I tried Loreal Paris Liss Unlimited and want to give review on that. 1. With this shampoo, for me, Loreal Paris Total Repair 5 Absolute Repair (white bottle with red cap) worked well, better than dove conditioner for this particular shampoo. 2. Using mask before shampoo works really good, especially to deal with frizzy hair that curls at the end even though if you have straight hair (I do). Just wet your hair a little and apply the mask and leave it for 3-5 mins, as directed on the product. (Step 4 and 5 still applies) The result was good and lasted well a week. Hair did not get dry or frizzy. My hair was best a day after shampoo.
