The sole things that actually worked in my case: A good diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 30 mins, eating right, using quality shampoo and oil. I use only liiitlleextra cocoonniion shampoo with natural hair oil for this reason plus it does the job. The hairfall was controlled with it.
