How to Choose Speakers from Motor Circuit Driver

In a loudspeaker driver, the magnetic circuit concentrates the magnetic flux into the air gap. A VC is placed in the air gap (Gap) winding perpendicular to the magnetic flux lines and mechanically connected to the speaker cone.
When current flows through the voice coil, the electromagnetic force induces motion.
The cone/membrane picks up this motion and interacts with the air, producing sound waves.
A magnetic motor driver circuit is formed which performs two important functions namely:
1 Maximizes the concentrated flux in the voice coil
2. Provides a uniform field throughout the coil.
Washer or Top plate
The top pole washer extends one magnetic pole of the magnet to the outside of the voice coil.
The shape of the top washer has a big influence on speaker performance.
If the Washer plate is too thin, the Driver will lose efficiency and begin to saturate/distort. If it is too thick, the speaker transient response will be disturbed.
The space between the outside of the voice coil of the top washer/top plate is also very important.
Larger gaps are easier to manufacture but will perform poorly due to lower magnetic field strength and poorer heat dissipation.
Smaller gaps run the risk of causing the magnet and voice coil to come into contact, which reduces speaker longevity.
T-Yoke.
The bottom pile plate and the pile piece that reach up are often referred to together as a T-Yoke.
This component not only extends the back of the loudspeaker but also extends the opposite magnetic pole to the inside of the voice coil.
So not only the yoke after the magnetic structure stability but also affect the overall efficiency of the speaker driver.
As with washers, the shape and strength of the yoke along with the gap between the yoke and the voice coil affects the thermal dissipation and power handling of the speaker motor driver.
Both the Topology and Traditional motor driver circuit designs, there is one thing that has not changed, namely the washer thickness.
So the ideal thickness of the washer on a speaker magnet driver is at least 1/3 of the ferrite thickness, that means it must be thicker than the 1/3 division number.
Again, this is for ceramic ferrite.
And the type of speaker LF Transducser.
