Another very good review David! I bought the True Flame cart model about 3 months ago and it does work very well just like you stated. I got the rotisserie and sear burner and both work very good. The sear burner on high will max out my ThermoWorks IR on the grates above it. I too like the square grates for the reason you have stated. The only comments I have about the cart model is that there are no hooks or openings to hang utensils. Not a big deal in my lanai area but that is the only comment I have to date. I will have to try using the rotisserie burner for pizza like you did. Keep up the good videos...thx.

I recently bought a 40" Tru Flame with the cart. Very nice grill but the cart isn't the best. A door broke after a month so they sent a new one so at least getting replacement parts was easy. The cart has a open part on the back which lets rain in so the cover is highly recommended. The ignitors are a bit fussy, takes me a few times to get the flame to ignite. This grill gets damn hot! I got the sear burner and works pretty well. Overall, very nice.

the True Flame grill looks very much like my Barbecue Galore Grand Turbo. Those burners look exactly alike. I wonder if they would work in my grill?
