I love skills in the area of producing actual products. I can make over 4 products and its not easy to choose one. I would really love to teach people or create a forum where different skills can be taught. Thanks for the video.

This video was very valuable to me! I recently discovered that I am a multipotentialite (aka multi-passionate) person. I always struggled to stick to one idea and wanted to do several things at the same time. I read a book by Emilie Wapnick called "How to Be Everything " where she addresses a multipotentialite dilemma. I am so glad that you also address this issue. I love teaching, researching health topics, cooking/baking, sustainability topic, so I am thinking of doing health talks or cooking demos as a freebie that would convert into paid customers for cooking & baking classes with a focus on health and sustainability. I am super excited to have found this unique niche that combines my skills and talents. Now the next step would be to do my research. Thank you, Lydia, for these tips! I am off to your other video on how to research your market ;)

I'm so happy to hear this video resonated with you, Alina! And I also love Emilie and her amazing work! So very cool to see you using MORE of your gifts in one business - it's the very thing that's going to help you stand out :).

How far are you along since your post?

@@brendalg4 Hi, I haven't received any notification on your comment, but I happened to come back to this video again just now - a year later. I've applied for a small funding pot and was successful. I will be running one free cooking workshop each month as a pilot project. I am still keeping my jobs at 4 days a week and a side hustle. I came back to this video because I learned about free help available to set up a plant-based community cookery school and in order to do that I need to free up more time, so I might need to do some trade offs and quit my side hustle. Just before I clicked play, my husband came in and I decided to speak to him about my deliberations. As a result of our conversation I came up with the following steps: (1) settle in the new job first - I started a new job 2 days ago (2) ask customers of my side hustle if anyone would like to take over (3) check if grant funding for the cookery school allows for extenuating circumstances (maternity leave), as we're planning to expand next year. I don't know were my ideas or plans will take me, but I don't think I want to stay in the ideation stage any longer - I'd like to go big on something. Thank you for asking.

I just took your quiz and found out I'm an EDUCATOR! This makes sense because I'm currently growing my own channel by sharing my knowledge about Nursing. But sometimes, I feel like there are so many things I can speak about not just "Nursing". I also wanted to earn more money and create my own business. But yeah, listening to your advice, I realized I have been "solving problems" and providing "value" all this time in my content. And if I'm going to be consistent, I will figure it out.
