You're speaking my language! I've done all of these things and it's a delicate balance between them and the price point - where to draw the line when you have a budget. Safety is high on the list and resale value, but they are all important. Good bones, nothing funky in the layout is important for me. Plumbing and electrical upgrades for older homes is another checkpoint for me - it's the things you can't see.

Excellent video and topic! Thank you! I made many visits to the neighborhood I live in now. At the time, they probably thought I was crazy:) I even walked around a bit, sized up the neighbors haha, did some food shopping, and checked out the local church. I'm pretty neighborly, so those items you mentioned are definitely important to me. Best of luck with your channel!
