Why is the Owner Architect agreement in the B series and not A series?

PPI said the AIA contracts series is based on which contract would include the most money changing hands, that's why AIA Aseriers is for O/C which the most money is typically changing hands. O/A is the next most of the money are typically changing hands... that's what they said

@@AIAContractDocuments my question refers to why isn't the owner -architect agreement with the A series bc A and architect match better and they're usually the first to make an agmt with the owner.
