You should change your profile picture. It's usually haram to make animate beings( not counting camera photos or videos), so you shouldn't have a profile picture like that as that would normalize the wrong things. Also, that profile is from an anime and it also has music with instruments which is haram. You shouldn't normalize things that are haram to watch and make, so you should change your profile picture.
