Important tips: 1) Choose folate over folic acid! 2) Don't take a supplement that has iron and calcium together as calcium will prevent the absorption of the iron... Better take them a least 2hours apart! 3) Choose Vitamin D3 over synthetic form of vitamin D! 4) choose methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12 over synthetic form (called Cyanocobalamin)! Thank you for this video. I have been battling hormonal imbalance( high prolactin) with breast discharge. I was placed on Dostinex for by my gynea for 1 year but nothing happened and I seriuosly desire to get pregnant. Please are there supplements that can help regulate my prolactin and stop the discharge so than i can start experiencing ovulation like before and also conceive?

Dear! Don't be bothered about high prolactin as they used to say, you have some discharge on Ur breasts doesn't really means Ur prolactin is high, but even if Ur prolactin level's high i doubt it will prevent you from conceiving... Do u know why? If it does, why do so many breastfeeding moms conceived? Please don't allow prolactin to stress you just focus on living a healthy life, eat healthy nd balance meals especially veggies, fruits, nuts etc... Avoid excess sugar consumption, alcohol, too much of chemical products like hair, skin etc products. Exercise, sleep well, take good quality conception booster supplements... Try living a happy life as you could + prayers believe me you will conceive🙏 I tell you this bcos i was once told my prolactin was high which made me took one medication like that for a very long period of time that almost put me in risk of that medication thou that was then in Africa, when i came to aboard i told the doctor about the prolactin she laughed nd then say don't worry let see what lab test will say, dear! When the result came out there wasn't anything like high prolactin.. then i say to her what about the breast discharge?? That doesn't mean the prolactin is high she said!!, the discharge could be a different even unimportant issue... That was how i stopped taking the prolactin medication... So many things can stimulate Ur breasts nd make it to discharge, so dear focus on healthy life nd you will be fine ok... GOOD LUCK🍀😘
