How to choose the satellite lists and choosing the correct one that transmit on VHF and UHF

With my licence I can only use HF. Are there satellites that can be heard on my Kenwood at HF? Trevor from Adelaide South Australia

there used to be some , but lately ..nothing is on the HF bands for satellites

I have updated several times and still no NOAA19 shows up in the list, how can I fix that please.

I'm trying to get into tracking and possibly listen to satellites and I've just downloaded this software. For some reason the ISS is orbiting abnormally fast(every 5 minutes). Is there a problem?

something is wrong with the settings, average time for ISS to orbit is around 90 minutes, make sure you are set to follow PC clock not simulation

I just did the download of this software and have been following these steps. I noticed that AAUSAT 5 is not listed. Only AAUSAT are 4 and II. I did a text search of the TLE files and no AAUSAT 5 is listed.
