I use the 30 Second Cleaner. However, I let it sit for a couple of minutes before washing it off. It’s a lot more effective that way. Make sure you wear some clothes you don’t care about because if it blows back on you, it’s going to bleach some spots. Also, if you’re spraying around plants, spray them down with water and cover them before you spray the cleaner.

Why hose down the patio first to "dilute the cleaner" rather than just diluting it in the sprayer? I can understand watering surrounding vegetation but it seems like you have more control of the concentration if you dilute first and then spray diluted onto a dry patio, no?
