How To Clean A Kenmore Water Softener

In this video I'll show you how to clean the nozzle and venturi. The venturi draws brine into the resin tank during the regeneration cycle. A damaged venturi can't move brine into the resin tank to regenerate the resin beads, and the water won't be softened. So if you clean it once in a while it helps the softener work better.
