How to Clean a USB-C Phone Charging Port (Fix Slow Charging, Bad Connection, etc.)

I got it out with one of the hooked end of one of those dental floss brushes. Have to be careful though, it does bend the connector a lot, can potentially damage it in the long run, and pieces of the plastic can snap off and get stuck in the port.
