silly question. I am assuming it is the same process with enamel paint but use turps?
@sprayaholic2 ай бұрын
@markheke6685 thats right. Use what ever cleaning product is needed. Oils and such often clean easier that waterbased anyway.

I've self built a grandad annex and I'm extending my house too. Need to do all the walls and ceilings but also I need to spray built-in media and storage. Ikea-hack style. I've been considering the Wagner 150M but I also saw your video for the Erbauer which is £50 less. Thoughts and advice?
@sprayaholic7 ай бұрын
As i said in the wagner video. Its less power and also its just on. No adjustment. Youd be better with the Erbauer and some graco fflp tips if you also buy the blue graco rac x guard. If youre on the low end its probably a better option of whats out there

Add a few drops of dish soap to the wash water after the paint in the hose has been removed. Pump saver will protect the gun, filters and hose also by preventing any residue from hardening on the surfaces, I wasted countless hours in repairs and downtime before I learned better.

The advice is much appreciated, thank you.

Spot on mate , these videos are brilliant for someone like me who’s learning on the job. I’ve managed to block 3 tips and now I know it’s because I’m not putting the tip and guard back on at the end to blast water through! On a side note do you rate the cheaper Wagner ? They have a new battery powered one I’m thinking of getting as a little backup .

@Gaz1980-u8d thanks for watching. Which model is it, one of the hvlp units? If so theyre only really ok for woodwork at a slower pace.
@Gaz1980-u8d3 ай бұрын
@@sprayaholic it’s a battery powered airless , Wagner control pro 300 move . Can be strapped to your back or as stand up unit . Looks quite interesting .

@Gaz1980-u8d ah ye I've seen the titan version. Theyre not full pressure machines like the other units available its max pressure is 1600psi. So some thinning would be needed and obviously the low pressure tips help. For the price it doesnt seem too bad

@@sprayaholic ok mate thanks . Yeah im tempted to try one just for woodwork .

Great video! Do you know whether this sprayer can handle polyurea and/or polyurethane? I'm very tempted to buy one, but the instructions don't say anything as to whether it can handle such material...
@sprayaholic5 ай бұрын
@@zeberzeleniev thanks. I think it says suitable for waterbased or solvent. But it's not as powerful as the erbauer one i didd a video on.

Should you detach the hose for storage?
@sprayaholic5 ай бұрын
@jaynelacey9659 it's best practice to keep the hose on as the inside remains wet and sealed. If you disconnect, inside could dry out and cause flaking to come out during next spray. But if you need to you can just flush out

Qué número de filtro usa esa máquina?

@@ezequielbarber2429 La máquina no utiliza filtro. Tiene filtro en la pistola, puedes elegir cuál.

I’ve read so many reviews that say this sprayer leaks pretty bad
@sprayaholic3 ай бұрын
@hEV6060842 someone else said that. Never had the issue. Either its worn out and needs a new part so leaking as it is a diy unit not made for heavy use. Look at my Erbauer video. Better and cheaper

@@sprayaholic I’ve got the erbauer, I’ve used it twice now, I’m very new to spraying though so I’ve made quite a few mistakes lol

@rogerhinderber14314 ай бұрын
why do you care how much water used?
@sprayaholic4 ай бұрын
@rogerhinderber1431 because some people dont think it can be done with a smaller amount. Also if you have no access to water on a site it shows you could take a couple big bottles with you
