Great tips especially using the rag. I’ve been reluctant to use my 150 for anything other than the largest DIY jobs because the cleanup has been so painful. This is going to make things a lot easier!!

I was gonna get the graco x5 to paint my basement I’m finishing then reading comments someone mentioned this Wagner 130 and said they got this instead since it was easier to clean and I think this is the way to go after seeing how easy it is to clean. Looks like you can get it all into one little bucket to dispose of easily

Ok, I just watched your video and found out that my control pro 130 spray handle assembly does not have the filter inside of it. Also in front of the piece that contains the filter has an assembly with a long nylon screw a spring with a washer and a ball bearing inside. It contained paint that was setting up. My parts manual did not show these parts. I need to call the manufacturer now for the correct assembly of washer, ball bearing and spring placement. Crazy that I didn’t see them fall out of this part of the spray gun itself. Thanks for your video it was a good learn how to clean.

Thanks for this video. Does the same procedure apply for oil based paint/primer but replace cleaning water with a thinning fluid? I bought this unit a few weeks ago but don't wanna use it until knowing the cleaning procedure for oil based products. Anyone knows? Thanks!

Hi Bill, you certainly know a lot of great tips, thanks for sharing with your great videos. A question in regards to the Wagner 130/150 7.5m hose, will that fit the 350 you have. Why I ask , sometimes you don’t need a 15 m and a shorter hose can make the job a bit easier. Eg doing gloss work in a kitchen. Plus you don’t need as much paint due to the shorter hose. Keep up the great work, much appreciated.

Would be better if you cleaned the return pipe in a dirty bucket instead of in the machine because it makes the water dirty again.

It would have been less work had you let the paint in the return tube to another container than back to the bucket. Great video tho.
@dennycrane4261 Жыл бұрын
This machine is good, but it will break down after 5 or 6 uses, the pump fails with the cleaning, because you CANNOT just clean it with water after using for a couple hours straight, the paint creates a film that only comes out with LAQUER THINNER,otherwise forget about cleaning this, idk if it damages it,but it will fail, and wagner will not backup the warranty
