- I used a touch of soy sauce or you are welcome to use salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley herbs
- Paprika
- I used garlic & herb butter, you are welcome to use olive oil or normal butter
Crab & Mussels Curry
- Cleaned crab and mussels
- 1 red onion, use any onion
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic and Crushed garlic & ginger
- Curry paste chicken/fish paste (laksa paste)
- Curry leaves or curry powder
- Bay leaves,
- Turmeric, - Six gun (all-purpose spice
- Cape Malay Curry powder
- 2 blended tomatoes
- Water
- Coconut milk
- Lemon juice (to drizzle on the crab while cooking and while serving)
