I love steamed clams but there’s nothing worse (well I could actually think of many things worse )than eating one and getting that sand crunch hope that if I do it’s towards the end not the first one because that ruins the rest for me

.....you can certainly soak for 2 hours as it won't hurt any, but it's not required 👍
