That was a game changer for me the moment I've discover a proper elbows landing. Unbroken breathing, fresh upper body muscles.

Awesome video! Especially for a newbi and nobody around me that coaches kettlebells this is awesome and will definitely practice this. 👍🏽👌🏽

I remember myself in the beginnings seeking for any technique tips. I don't want anyone deal with this issue of lack of information. Doing my best to establish an "kettlebell sport essentials" resource here. Thank you for following.

The best sharing for rack position I seen

I know the others already sent their huge Thanks for this video, but I too wish to Thank You for sharing this. I don't have any kettlebell sport trainers within a radius of hundreds of kilometers, and no in-person training "buddy", so I do everything on my own, at home, doing my best to figure out most of the details. However, this proves quite impossible at times, and that's where content like this fills the gap. All the best!

This is brilliant, I've watched loads of videos on how to clean properly, but not many people talk about cushioning using the knees like this - thanks!

The very best explanation of cleans you can find on KZbin. I just started kettlebell training. My shoulders were hurting after 20-30 reps. This is a game changer. I didn't know how to get my elbows in the right position. And I pull the bells too early. Thanks!

thank you for these detailed technical instructions. This will help me to improve my technick. can you also make a video about the jerk? with tips on how to keep your elbows close together when pushing out into the lockout and how to drop them efficiently into the rack. That would be great.

you are welcome. I have video exactly about this tip on my instagram instagram.com/tv/B2sIb0sn4Pp And I think I'll make a one more video for KZbin!

Any suggestion on how to increase stamina when it comes to holding the kettlebell in the rack position?I find it fatigues my arms and shoulders quickly.
@zacharyaivazov4985 Жыл бұрын
Once I stopped “throwing” the kettlebell up and changed it to a “hike” I was able to catch it elbows first and rack much easier

Can you recommend a suitable belt please good sir?

One question, is it necessary to hyperextend the back? I think you do this to catch the KB but could this damage your back in long run especially when using heavy KBs? Thank you for the tutorial.

Is elbow contact with the belt legal?
@DenisVasilevKettlebell3 жыл бұрын
Yes, for most of kettlebell sport organizations. Very few do not allow it which is a questionable decision.

Why is your form so different then other very well know Kettlebell coaches Dan John and Mark Wildman? They don't have any lean back that you discuss here as well as hand position.
