Namaskaram, 1) As per the Gudi guidelines, the lamp attached to the Gudi must be lit. One can light additional lamps if they wish to. 2) When Devi’s Kumkum fades, gently wipe it off with cotton. Using your right thumb or ring finger, place fresh Kumkum on Devi’s Third Eye. Do not use water or any substances to make the Kumkum stick. Only Kumkum from Linga Bhairavi should be used. Namaskaram Anna 🙏🏼 Sure, bhairavi raksha can be cleaned and kept in the cloth if not used. Otherwise, you can also keep outside near your consecrated items, but it might need frequent wash as its copper. Other than that, no specific instruction for Raksha Anna. I got Devi Gudi yesterday the lamp of the Gudi is ligting very dim when I burn the lamp in starting it burns properly however in sometime it dims even though there is ghee in the lamp. Kindly suggest what to do I even put some ghee on the wick before lighting the lamp to make sure wick is not too dry.
