Thank you Amber!!! I am so overwhelmed after total knee replacement surgery and three dogs using a doggy door. My floors are not just dirty, they are muddy with layers of dirt. It is disgusting and when I start I become overwhelmed after an 8 hour day working with Severely Impaired students who are from 2-3 years. Thank you for your inspiration. Bless you. (Oh I am not supposed to say that anymore one school asked me to leave amazing).

Amber, I would greatly appreciate your advice on getting rid of the build up on my wood floors. When I clean them, in some areas I get a gooey substance that rubs off or scrapes off but I can't seem to get it all. Maybe a Zepp cleaner would help but I haven't tried it yet.

Hey there! I would love to help you out. The main question is what product have you used in the past? This will help to figure out the exact chemicals to help combat the issue, as knowledge is power so that you do not have this problem again in the future. I would recommend right away that you get a drop of sals suds soap: amzn.to/3cHYm5t and really hot water. Use a spin mop or flat mop here: amzn.to/3ek5Ege or amzn.to/3RvizuJ and go over your floor up to 7 tips Rinse and repeat cleaning the buildup areas to remove the buildup. Unfortunately this sounds like a lot of work but with using example Bona and then trying to switch products or mixing products on your floor can often leave your floors with buildup and can take up alot of work to remove it. I hope this helps, please let me know and wishing you all the best!

@@amberswansoncleans Thank you! We haven't lived here long, and have only ever used a damp sponge mop with a cleaner like Mr Clean diluted in hot water. As far as what was used prior to us buying the home I cannot say. I will try your recommendations and see where that gets me. Part of me is concerned it could be the actual finish coming off but I am hoping that is not the case.

Did you click on the watch on KZbin link? If so, you need to close the original window or it keeps playing in the background.. That's what just happened with me anyways

how to get rid of film on floor!
@amberswansoncleans6 ай бұрын
I'm order to get rid of film on the floor unfortunately takes alot of patience and elbow grease. Depending on the type of floor this should still work. Grabbing a bucket, hot water, floor pads and or microfiber towels will work and dawn dish soap. The floors flim is an indicator of buildup amd will need to be cleaned at least 5 -7+times using the provided items and elbow grease. In additon making sure to rinse your bucket and repeat the process often will help you remove the film as well. I hope this is helpful and if you have anymore questions please let me know this maybe a great video to make for ya in the near future. Let me know. Cheers!
