Hi Dalton. Thanks for this great video. I'm just now researching reselling shoes and I bought my first pair yesterday at Savers (Johnston and Murphy for $9). With shoe polish, you might mention using a shoe brush. You don't get the shine without it. I was in the US Navy, and I used quite a bit of shoe polish and edge dressing. Especially in boot camp.

Thanks! You can also use a sharpie to remove sharpie. It re liquifies it I guess you could say and you can wipe away

What would you use on new shoes that have been written on the bottom but they’re leather? Gotta pair of sperry’s brand new that were written on the bottom. Magic eraser. Hair spray. None of that worked to get it out.

Insoles can come out and be scrubbed with soap and water. Shoe strings can be soaked in oxyclean

Goo gone gets the metallic writing off the bottom. D great for the white sides just don’t do like I do and and use it on a side that was pink literally removed the paint off the side sheesh 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I'm surprised he doesn't use Oxi-clean. The powdered version is fantastic for cleaning shoes and it doesn't damage fabrics like most of the harsh chemicals he uses here.
