Great video, I have a question. What is your housewash recipe. Also, what would you use for a stucco and brick place?

Sh aka chlorine. If I'm cleaning algae it's always chlorine. Between a 1-2% does the trick for basic house washing even stucco houses. Some stucco houses that are really really dirty may take a little more stronger mix to clean.

I have a question on the rust aid remover. I cleaned my driveway first with some S H. It looked pretty good but had some rust on it. So I tried rust aid . I sprayed it down and let it set for awhile. Then rinsed it all off. It looked brand new. Then a couple of days later it rained. Now my driveway is completely orange with rust. Do you have any ideas on why this happened and how to fix this issue. Any feedback from you will be greatly appreciated.

It happened because the rust water was sitting in your yard. You gotta address the root cause of the problem which is where the rust is coming from. Is it your sprinkler system or is it fertilizer pellets in your grass.

Thank you for responding back to me so soon. I don't have a sprinkler system. As far as the fertilizer goes. The last time I put anything down was about a month ago. The rust literally happened over night. I put the rustaid down on a Friday and the next day it rained for a couple of hours. The next day. Boom. Should I have hit the driveway again with some S H. Or some kind of soap to help rinse it off better than the water that I used the first time. I watched alot of videos from the pro's like yourself. But nobody really shows the next step besides just rinsing it off with water. Do you know if the S H or soap will stop it from happening again if I redo my driveway. I thought the same thing about the fertilizer run in the driveway. But the entire driveway is orange. I could see maybe the bottom half, but my driveway is at a 2% incline from bottom to the top. If you have any ideas if this will work . I would greatly appreciate it. I have spent a lot of money and time on my driveway and hope that there is a easier way to fix it. @@bobhawkins6459 if it's orange then sh won't do anything for it. I would definitely do just the rust aid. And theres no need to rinse it off. Just spray it and leave it be. It won't damage the concrete driveway. I'm wondering when you rinsed it if it was done a little to early and not allowed enough time for the rust to be completely eradicated.

Thanks. On the gutter cleaning jobs I charge by the linear foot. So I measure the gutters and then charge per foot

Every time i buy the chlorine i just add 1 oz of slo mo per 5 gallons of chlorine. then i just downstreamt hat.

Hey Cliff, love all your videos, and thank you for sharing your work. So my question is, how hot is your S.H? in order not to stain or damage any outdoor furniture/ pillow/ rugs/ cushions/ fabrics, etc and still be able to do a great job. I think i would just move everything out the way just to be safe, but then again I'm a novice and still learning the ropes. I would assume like a 3.5% S.H strength of 10% Suncoast Gold Liquid Chlorine ? and rinse before and after. thank again! keep up the good work.

Thanks. The mix is about 1-2% that's not enough to damage outdoor furniture. Now if you're spraying 5% that's a different story. Did you know that outdoor cushions can be cleaned with a downstream mix? Obviously not every single one but by far the majority can.

No. They are waterproof so nothing should enter the lights. Plus when you rinse them any sh would.be rinsed away

Oxalic but I gotta mix it myself. Rust aid is ready to be sprayed but it costs more and sometimes weaker than I need.

Just as u saw on the video. Check with your local laws and call around your city to see what your peers are doing. Also do a search on KZbin to see who's using a reclaim for residential driveway cleaning. And the lines are post treated with sh to clear those up. Welcome to the channel btw 😀. Im on orlando and i googled and didnt see anything on water reclaiming. Ive seen some guys using a reclaiming system and some just dilute it enough and let it run. Im in my beginning stages so dont have finances to get water reclaiming system but some dont even worry about it

I don't see any guys using them in my area and very seldom see them on KZbin. Most of the time I see it is for commercial jobs like gas stations that has no filtration system

If you're spraying it on grass and being careless. I always wet the grass and rinse it off to avoid that when doing any work near grass no matter the chemical.
