My Ink has been sitting in the tank for 3 years, can I suck out the Ink, and put in new ink, then fill it up and buy your product and do the cleaning? Please Advise? It prints blanks now...

I'm back with an update. After using your cleaning kit, followed by two power cleanings 24 hours apart and an eventual slow improvement in printing quality each time, as of right now, my printer is printing as if it was brand new! Thank you SO much for your product and your video!!!

I have a ST- M1000 which is slightly different with just black ink and no read out screen. It is only 1 year old used lightly. With no read out window, how do I run a nozzle report, etc? I bought the kit to do a cleaning and making sure I understand everything before. Thank you!

I'm in the printing blank pages category and NOTHING has fixed it (head cleaning, nozzle check, power cleaning, etc, uninstall/reinstall drivers (thought maybe software glitch). My tank is about a third full and the ink in it is from the first bottle I bought with the printer two years ago. I have a new bottle of ink already on the way, and I just ordered your cleaning kit. My question is, should I be concerned about mixing new ink with the old ink? should I try to get the old ink out? or should cleaning the nozzles work? and the ink is ok? It was printing fine up till a few days ago when blanks started. PS Epson overseas "tech" support was useless. When the head cleaning and power cleaning process did nothing, that was the end of their options to try and went straight to "send it to an authorized repair center". Thank you so much for this video!!

Thanks, your method works. But I used 1ml cleaning liquid in each tube, this is enough and the printer stays dry. I need a service manual for this printer, where can I find it?

You may want to update your instructions to show when you remove the paper towel with 40 ml of solution. If I had thought about it before it would have made sense to remove the paper towel after cleaning one printhead and replacing it with another new paper towel. That's just too much solution to be absorbed by the small amount of towel. I didn't do this and the paper towel was sopping wet and leaked everywhere when I was removing it. Also I had moved the printer and after I dried the inside I moved it back and had the solution and ink leaking all over the floor and my foot. It kept leaking from the bottom of the printer and I had to dry and clean that. Also another tip would be to remove the printing paper. The paper had ink and solution all over it. Also, after cleaning with the solution, a person should try doing a nozzle check and print head cleaning if necessary before running a power cleaning. I did this first as my maintenance box was almost full and was waiting for delivery from Epson for a new one. Saved me having to do a power cleaning.

Can I at least TRY to print after doing the head cleaning and waiting 24 hours? I Use this printer for tattoo stencils and a small 4oz bottle costs $160. It would be very sad to see a third of this ink going down the drain.
