RND “Rip off and Duplicate”! Love this technique and can’t wait to become proficient. Just getting started with house washes and had my first call back bc of white chalk on windows. Thank you for making me feel better. I rinsed like long and carefully too. (Wouldn’t have matter) Going back with the right tools as you suggested. $600 investment, but it’s worth it when the house is going on market next day!

Things can seem overwhelming first having problems! I know it seems like a huge deal, and hope to teach people ways to get out of sticky situations. Always upselling exterior windows after house wash is always good!

@@cleaningphd6453 I felt a little like Bambi on ice with that F*LIQ Moerman. I said F*LIQ few times for sure when not “in the zone” with the pole fully extended for that third story lol. Can’t beat being on the ground! Remembering this is day 1 of many months to learn. Got the hang of it by about window 10 of 25:-) Thank you for all the pro-tips!

Thus type of cleaning means you miss cleaning the window frames and outside ledge......no good. Old fashioned way please 😊

What if you have screens on second floor? Still need a ladder to remove no?
@cleaningphd64539 ай бұрын
Depends on the situation.I like to get screens from the inside, keeps crews safer with no ladders. Some windows will only have screens on the inside. Many more situations as well, but I'm sure you get it. All depends!

Do you ever ask the customer to remove the screen just wondering

Yes definitely a great technique, I love to learn it, Where do you get that scrub that you had to the microfiber sleeve?. The only problem I find is, If the windows needs to be heavier scrubbing from heavy debris thats scrub will be enough? or you recommend something more aggressive? I have a techno pad with walnut pad, but I am not sure how efficient will be on a pole on a window as high as the half moon like in your video. I'll love to hear your feedback. Thank you

Its called a porcupine scrubber! Usually the walnut scrub pad, or the window scrubby pads with an unger pad holder will be great, and enough to get most stuff off of glass. If it requires scraping then you'll have to get a ladder, and bill that in.

I genuinely like and appreciate your content. I wonder if anyone questions you based on how rough your video looks. You look pretty rough and the background, sock microphone etc. Presentation matters even if it isn't right. But again, thank you you for these tips!
